We started Dubai Maintenance Crew for a simple reason: the city deserved better than "I'll come tomorrow." One scheduled team, every trade under one roof, a real dispatch desk, and a job ticket you can track from request to repair — for villas, apartments, offices and landlords across the emirate.
Why we built a crew, not a contacts list
Dubai grows fast, and so does the list of things that need fixing in any home or office. A thermostat fails, a tap starts dripping, paint gets scuffed, a villa's AC works overtime in July. Property maintenance Dubai-wide is usually a patchwork of one-person operators — and the experience, too often, is the same.

Fix
The crew arrives with tools and common parts, diagnoses the issue on site, quotes the work, and completes it cleanly. Photos of the finished job go to your phone.
Report
You receive a short summary — work done, parts used, any follow-up to watch for. We close the ticket together, and it stays on file for next time.
